TM 9-2320-289-20 4-20. HAZARD WARNING CONTROL REPLACEMENT. This task covers: a. Removal b. Installation INITIAL SETUP: Equipment Condition Both battery negative cables disconnected. (See paragraph 4-38) 1. Loosen screw (5) and remove hazard warning button (4), spring (3), and knob (2) assembly. 2. Remove screw (5), button (4), and spring (3) from knob (2). b. INSTALLATION 1. Install spring (3), hazard warning button (4), and screw (5) in knob (2). 2. Install hazard warning button (4), spring (3), and knob (2) assembly on steering column (1) by tightening screw (5). FOLLOW-ON TASKS: Connect both battery negative cables. (See paragraph 4-38) Check operation of hazard warning system. TA49882 4-43
