TM 9-2320-289-20 11-10. CAB HEATER WIRING HARNESS REPLACEMENT. This task covers: a. Removal b. Installation INITIAL SETUP: Equipment Condition Materials/Parts • Rear battery box removed. • Two Iockwashers (See paragraph 11-6) • Ten straps a. REMOVAL If removing relay Tag all leads and NOTE (2), perform step 2. connectors for installation. 1. Disconnect wiring harness (1) cable from cab heater control panel assembly (6). Remove 2 nuts (8) and disconnect wiring harness leads from safety switch (9). Remove screw (3), washer (4), and clip (5). Loosen nut on strap (7) and disconnect wiring harness. 2. Unsnap relay (2) and wiring harness (1) connector from bracket (10). Unplug relay (2) from wiring harness connector. TA50067 1 1 - 37
