SEATBELT ANCHORPOINT REPAIR (M1009) (Con’t.)7.From underneath the vehicle, have an assistant place one 1/2-inch flatwasher (NSN5310-00-809-5997) and one UNC-2B locknut (1/2–inch – 13 coarse thread, NSN5310-00-225-6993) onto the seatbelt mounting bolt. Tighten the nut until all clearancebetween the mounting plate, flatwasher, and cab floor is removed. Tighten the nut oneadditional turn; don’t overtighten.8.Repeat steps 1 through 7 for the passenger’s side.9.After relocating the seatbelt, ensure that the plastic covers are installed over the seathinge. The sharp edge of the seat hinges may cause damage to the seatbelts.
