Remove clip (10) and nutRemove steering wheel (1) usingsteering wheel puller.Push in directional signal lever (12)while rotating counterclockwise, thenrotate clockwise while pulling out toremove from steering column.b.INSTALLATIONNOTEIf installing directional signal lever (12), perform step 1.1.Aline pin on directional signal lever (12) with notch in steering column, and install directionalsignal lever while turning counterclockwise.NOTEEnsure that directional signal lever (12) is in “OFF” position whileinstalling steering wheel (1).2.Position steering wheel (1) using alinement mark (11).TA497298-18
