Remove radio feed harness (2) through cargo body floor. 11. Remove grommet (5) from radio feed harness (2). b. INSTALLATION 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. NOTE If installing radio feed harness (2) on M1009, perform steps 1, 2, 4 through 7, 10, and 11. If installing radio feed harness (2) on all except M1009, perform steps 1-5 and steps 7-11. Install grommet (5) on radio feed harness (2). Push radio feed harness (2) through cargo body floor. Connect radio feed harness (2) to junction box (9). NOTE Only M1009 radio feed harness grommet Install grommet (5) with 2 new rivets (1). Install clip (3) with screw (4). (5) uses rivets (1). Install floor mat and pad into place on passenger compartment floor. Install clips (8) with screws (6). Install clip (15) with screw (16), washer (10), and nut (11). Install clip (13) with screw (12). NOTE M1009 clip (7) is attached to stud with nut. Install clip (7) with nut or screw (14). NOTE Step 11 only applies to M1008A1 equipped compartment heater. 11. Install 11 new straps around winterization kit cargo radio feed harness (2). FOLLOW-ON TASKS: with winterization kit cargo compartment heater wiring harness and Install cargo compartment floor panel insulators if removed. (See paragraph 11-28 or 11-31) Install radio feed leads. (See paragraph 4-46) Check operation of radio. 4-97
