Perform step 1.1
1.1.
Place a suitable jack under axle (5).
Remove 4 nuts (7), washers (6),
adapter (7.1), 4 washers (7.2), 2 “U”
bolts (3), and anchor plate (8).
Remove spacer (2).
NOTE
for M1028A2 and M1028A3.

Lower axle (5) until all tension is released from spring assembly (1). Remove shim (4) if present.
