DO NOT disconnect STE/lCE DCA connector once engine idlespeed has been set. (See TM 9-2320-289-20)2.Remove pressure tap plug(3)located on left side of transmissionbetween downshift switch connector(2) and manual linkage. Installappropriate transducer adapter andcable to pressure tap (1) andconnect cable to STE/lCE tester,3.Enter test codes “ 10, ” “01, ” and“50” into STE/lCE tester.4.Table 5-1 lists 7 tests (“A” through“G”)inwhich tomeasuretransmission oil pressure. Take thepressure measurement in each testandrecordtheresult.Recordwhether the reading for each testrange was “ LOW, ” “NORMAL,” or“HIGH. ”If oil pressure is not“NORMAL,” refer to Table 5-2.TA502385-52
