3-23. HYDRAULIC VALVE LlFTER INSTALLATION.
4. Rotate torsional damper (6) clockwise
2 complete turns while checking for
free movement of hydraulic valve
lifters (2). If torsional damper will not
turn easily, check all hydraulic valve
lifters to ensure proper alinement with
guide plates (3). Aline hydraulic valve
lifters with guide plates and repeat
this step.
