Connect control rod (23) to control lever assembly with washer (22) and new cotter pin (21). FOLLOW-ON TASKS: l Install speedometer gear. (See TM 9-2320-289-20) l Install front and rear propeller shafts. (See TM 9-2320-289-20) l Fill transfer case. (See TM 9-2320-289-20) l Remove jack stands and lower truck. • Connect both battery negative cables. (See TM 9-2320-289-20) l Check operation of transfer case. TA701857
