Insert a brass rod through unthreaded end of regulator (6) and apply moderate pressure to
check for free movement of regulating piston (14). If regulating piston does not move in its
bore, replace regulator, regulating piston, and regulating spring (15).
3.
Install new filter screen seal (13) on regulator groove.
4.
Assemble roll pin (17) and regulator (6) if removed.

INSTALLATION
NOTE
If installing end cap and regulator (6) assembly, perform steps 4-7.

Install new end cap seal (10) in
groove in hydraulic head (2).
