InstallationINITIAL SETUP:Equipment ConditionMaterials/Parts• Both battery negative cables disconnected.• Four locknuts(See paragraph 4-38)a.REMOVALNOTE• If removing control box (7), perform steps 1 and 2.• If removing lead (4), perform steps 1-3 as required.1.2.3.4.Open catches (2) and remove heatershield (1).Disconnect lead (4) from control box (7). Disconnect control box plug from heater wiringharness. Remove 2 nuts (3) and control box.NOTENote clamp locations for installation.Remove 2 screws, washers, and clamps from lead (4), Disconnect lead from cargocompartment heater (6).Remove 2 locknuts (14), washers (13), and bolts (8).
