b. Cleaning and Inspection

Overheat switch (18):
CAUTION
The overheat switch is adjusted and sealed at the factory. Do not
bend or twist the switch. Do not change the setting of the
adjustment screw.
(a)
Slide a clean strip of bond paper between contact points (17) on switch (18) to clean points. Do
not use abrasive paper.
(b)
Inspect switch (18) for burned, bent, damaged, or defective parts. Replace switch (18) if any
parts are burned, bent, damaged, or defective.
