Twist igniter assembly (22) to disengage lugs from slots and remove from igniter tube (20).
Remove screw (21) and igniter tube (20).
Release fuel line nut from burner bushing (26) and remove secondary blower housing (19).
Remove heater housing (3) ground lead,
NOTE
Ensure that position of burner assembly
Remove nuts, clamps, and hook bolts holding
housing.
Remove and discard gasket (25) and preformed
(23) is marked for assembly,
burner assembly (23) to heat exchanger
packing ring (24).

Clean all mating surfaces.
b. CLEANING AND INSPECTION

Clean all carbon from burner assembly. Inspect all holes, ports, and passageways, and
remove any obstructions.
