Measure thickness of shim (12) and slinger (9) to determine thickness of original buildup at rear pinion bearing (10). Measure thickness of shim (6) and slinger (17) to determine thickness of original buildup at front pinion bearing (8). Record measurements. Discard shims and slingers. TA50555 6-62
